Flower Preservation Living Locket Necklace
The teardrop necklace is suitable for small flowers such as small rose buds, daisies, forget-me-nots or petals/confetti etc
Necklaces are 18" and are made with a silver plated locket & sterling silver 925 chain & findings.
Sending your flowers to us.
When you have placed your order wrap your flowers loosely in tissue paper and place in a sturdy box along with a note with your name on & send them to: Wild Ivy Norfolk, Heartsease Thurgarton Road, Aldborough, Norwich, Norfolk NR11 7NY. If you are ordering in advance & want to have all your packaging ready then you may be interested in our flower packaging kit that has everything you need to pack your flowers safely. Please send your flowers next day guaranteed by 1pm delivery so that they don't spend too long in transit, I recommend using Royal Mail. Please do not send flowers to the studio address as there may not be anyone available to accept deliery.
Process & Timescale
The whole process from when we receive your flowers to when you receive your keepsake is between 3 to 6 months. This time scale is approximate and maybe longer during busy periods such as wedding season.
We will contact you when we receive your flowers to let you know that they have arrived safely.
When your flowers have dried & we are ready to begin working on your order we will be in touch with some photos of your flowers. At this point we will discuss any design ideas and requirements with you.
If you are having your flowers framed then we will lay the flowers out in the agreed design & send you a photo proof for approval.
When your keepsake is ready we will be in touch to either provide you with your tracking number if your order is being sent or to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Please be aware that we are unable to provide general updates on orders so we politely ask you not to contact us for general 'how are my flowers?' enquiries. We will be in touch with you throughout the process as explained & you can rest assured that we are taking good care of your flowers.
